Although I've been happy with this service department, I feel like the sales department needs improvement. I just bought the car 8 months ago and have had only one service, supposedly the used cars go through a several multi-point inspection, yet now the service guy found a bunch of things wrong with it, which I find 10,000 miles couldn't have cause. I get it yes it could, it's just make me doubt in their certified used cars.

The entire buying process from when I drove onto the lot looking for a new vehicle to when I left with my new Forester took 2.5 hours. It was quick super and easy. Came into have my first service done on my Outback. Service completed and vehicle washed in a 45 min. Time frame. I admit that I did serious damage to the Twinkie snack section. It's good they finished or I would have done. Serious damage to the twinkie section.

I cannot complain about how I was trated - having brought in my 2019 Outback due to it being affected by the battery charging issue (apparently a class action suit was won due to this issue). When they determined the (brand new) battery in my car (it had "eaten" 4 of them in two years) they determined a part needed replacement - and h=not having one in stock they gave me a loaner car to use in the interim.

Angel the salesman was 100%. His customer service was perfect. That’s the only good thing I can say. The financial person made mistakes that changed my monthly payment at the last minute. Over 75$ a month. The vehicle is already showing issues even though their service department supposedly checked the vehicle.

Hector serviced my car with a flat tire. He was very polite and helpful. Hector explained everything to me in detail and gave me a discount without me even asking. Awesome experience. Went to get an oil change and after looking at the price of it, my service advisor, was able to give me a discount as I was a new customer here at the location. Price alone was great, something I've never seen before at any other Subaru location I've been too. Jose was awesome! They have a variety of snacks/drinks and I was able to do some work from the location with little to no noise volume, for those who care about that.

Did not have needed parts although detailed service repair reservation was made a week ahead. Didn’t tell me until 1 1/2 hours into the service. Sent me home in a loaner car. Changed which services would be done and the cost 5 days later. Tried to do additional work. Then tried to keep vehicle for another few months while waiting on a part.

I really liked the software program they used to keep me informed on my phone about what was wrong with our car, and how much it would cost to repair it.
