I’m so happy to be an owner of a Subaru Crosstrek. August will be 4 years that I bought my 2022 Crosstrek. I’ve always found the staff at Subaru to be very professional and they always take care of me and my car.
The entire staff was friendly and professional. We were greated right away and the sales manager took the time to check on us too. Thsniel kept in communication with us and answered all of our questions. The finance manager was helpful and it didn't take long to sign the paperwork. Great experience overall.

The Service department people are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They communicate clearly about what my vehicle needs, costs, etc. I have to drive 50+ miles to get dealer service on my 2016 Subaru, that I purchased from an online dealer. I wish I could get this level of service closer to my home.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience. Sales and even finance managers are not pushy and overbearing like I have encountered at other dealerships. There is a more relaxed and friendly culture here. That leads to a less stressful car buying experience.

Always a welcoming staff and the facilities make it very hospitable when waiting for services to be finished.
There was a few hiccups in service, all of which seemed ro be tech related, but most were fixed at the time of my visit. Afterward there was an issue with a special applied in my booking but, it was fixed easily with a phone call. A great showing of any service is how how they handle the mistakes made and this location did so beautifully.

Helpful staff, we love the quality of the vehicles, and quick turnaround when we service the vehicles.
Overall service is very good. The service representatives are friendly and open. They care about the customers. I wish they could honor multiple promotions in one service altogether. That will reduce the customer’s visits to the shop. Also, I would recommend to be open about the shuttle fees that is charged as shop fee in the final invoice.

Although I was one hour early I was made comfortable in the waiting area. Coffee and treats were available. My car was serviced and washed in short order. 5 star service at this dealership.
Went in for an oil change, came out with an estimate of 2,000 dollars in repairs. Owning a Subaru has been expensive, I think I'm going to buy a rav4 next time. They go 200,000 miles before needing major repairs. Once my subaru got close to 100,000 miles my repair bill went way up.

My second Ascent purchase at Subaru El Paso! I live in Carlsbad, NM. I could drive to Midland or Lubbock but i choose to shop at Group 1 El Paso. Firstly, they have twice the inventory than any other Subaru Dealership within 300 Miles, Second their facilities and lot are cleaner. This speaks to the pride they take and concern for thier reputation. Lastly what a great team!! Service advisor explained in detail the work being done and answered my questions. He was very courteous and respectful. Service department was prompt in making my appointment, prompt when I arrived and finished the work in the time frame given to me.

Always a wonderful experience. Joy, my service advisor listened to my needs as well as got back with me immediately on needed repairs for my vehicle and items that I will need to address in the future. Gilbert, the service manager checked in with me several times to verify I was doing well. All the repairs were done timely and my vehicle runs great.
Came for my oil change and scheduled an appointment after the holidays. I had a coupon and the person helping me gave me a good deal on a package for oil change and tire rotation. Any visit here is always enjoyable even if it’s for servicing my car.
As always, the service at El Paso Subaru was awesome. The staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. I always feel like a valued customer. I am now widowed and need to feel that my needs will be met courteously and honestly. A+ service once again!

Service is always excellent at Group 1 Subaru. I had a flat tire repaired at Group 1 but the new tire had a slow leak. I took it back in and they quickly found that the valve stem was leaking and fixed it. They also washed the car for free.

I feel since joined Group 1 is not the same. Used to be my favorite dealership because they use to care about loyal customers by having great snacks while waiting for services. Today only coffee, limited fruit and cheese xxxxx. Good thing the usual juice food truck was there (delicious yogurt, smoothies, oats, fresh juices) Oil change was very affordable, waited about an hour and a half but upset because car was not washed! I counted with that.
